These terms apply to all orders placed with Florist Supply Store ("we", "us", "our") via this website. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Florist Supply Store — contact: hello@floristsupplystore.com. We are based in Manchester, United Kingdom, and dispatch all orders from UK stock.

2. Products and pricing

We sell linen-texture bouquet wrapping paper to trade and retail customers. All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

3. Orders and payment

Orders are placed and paid for through our online checkout, operated by Shopify. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email.

4. Delivery

We offer free delivery to UK addresses on every order. Orders are dispatched from UK stock. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

5. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, contact us at hello@floristsupplystore.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.

6. Returns and refunds

Goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

If goods arrive damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@floristsupplystore.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

First-order quality guarantee: if you're not happy with the quality of your first order, we will refund you in full and you do not need to return the roll.

7. Invoices

An invoice is included with every order automatically. If you need anything further, email hello@floristsupplystore.com.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
